Beginnings & Experience

My journey started in operations coordination between the CEO and the team within the import sector. I was responsible for sourcing international partners, handling corporate correspondence, and managing daily operational details. As the business grew, I took on greater responsibilities, serving as a key support system for decision-making and progress reporting.

Growth & Leadership

I co-founded an operational project from scratch, establishing manual systems for expense tracking and inventory management before migrating to digital systems. Later, I led a team of 10 people, focusing on waste reduction and strengthening internal controls.
